The founder solid background in law specialist lawyer in administrative/constitutional law, criminal litigation, education law immigration law (Member of Immigration Law Panel from 1999 to 2004) with host of postgraduate specialising PhD Administrative & Constitutional Law from University of Manchester (1999), LLM Legal Studies University of Wolverhampton (1994), Graduate Diploma in Public Law University of Staffordshire (1993),

Solicitors Qualifying Exams from College of law-BPP School of law London and number of other qualification/membership from UK and overseas. Dr. Malik for number of years taught law at number of university for under graduate and postgraduate studies, Dr. Malik was involved in high profile and complex cases which was reported regular in law reports and he was awarded number of awards for his research and as a legal practitioner and human rights activities.

Dr. Malik is a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration and can undertake a country assessment and evaluation reports.

DR. Malik with Pakistan oversees alliances have arranged three fire engine and 30 containers of school equipments to be delivered to Pakistan in 2008 

In September-October DM Digital raised over 1.7 M pound for the Mosque  in UK, over 5 million GB Pounds raised for Gaza with various charities in 2009.
